The three most popular Extra Life questions... answered

 

This isn't our support team, but they wouldn't let us photograph them. Ours sits in cubicles, not in an unrealistic row. Oh and they mostly just email, so they don't wear headsets either.

UPDATE:  A missing link to Platinum upgrade has been repaired below.  Thanks for pointing it out.

So we have a couple of people here in the Extra Life HQ who work tirelessly to help make your Extra Life experience a positive and easy one.  In conversing with them which I like to do on Thursday mornings, I found out about three questions/requests that they hear most often.

1.  I forgot to join a team when I registered.  Am I up a creek?

   Answer - No.  You can join or even form an Extra Life team after registration, by simply emailing support@extra-life.org and telling them your name, the email address you registered for Extra Life with, and the name of the team you'd like to form or join.  Then sit back and rest assured that it's gonna happen.

2.  How long will donations remain open for?

    Answer - A long time.  We probably won't close out Extra Life until the holidays.  So if you have personal goals you want to acheive or you're waiting on a huge settlement check from that hot coffee fiasco and want share it with the kids, you're good!

3.  Is it too late to switch to Platinum?

    Answer - Nope.  You can switch any time before Monday, October 22nd.  It's just $15 but you need to follow the directions you'll find here, to the letter.

4. Where's my T-shirt code?

    Answer - It's coming.  We pushed out shirt codes in batches, and we're holding off on the next batch until after the crush of this Saturday hits and we can get Megan's blood pressure back into an acceptable range.  Once that's done, we will get those codes out to everyone who is PLATINUM and has raised at least $200.00 for their hospital.

Thanks for the updated information about still being able to upgrade to Platinum. There does seem to be a missing link to the upgrade process, but I was still able to find it.
